We went to an open house of a home for sale that they had built several years ago, and it went under contract before we could make an offer. I researched and found Sparks as the builder and contacted them about that floor plan. They were able to let us customize it to our larger footprint request and built it for us in only 6 months after we bought the land! Their communication with us was excellent and they always follow up meticulously. It was our first time building a home and we would definitely do it again with the Sparks Team! If you are looking for a great home building experience look no further than Sparks Homes! Jeff and Keith are top notch! Our Sparks Home is everything and more that we dreamed. Integrity and communication is at its best. They were always available to take our call, text, or email. Any questions/concerns we had along the way were addressed very quickly. I am a stickler for staying on budget and Keith did a phenomenal job keeping me in line. We enjoyed our home building experience so much that we often say we would love to do it all over again with the same people. We not only built a home, but a relationship with Sparks homes to last a lifetime.
