Well let me begin to write about the most amazing Dr Jacquia De La Cruz. When I first went to Dr De La Cruz I was in serve pain. I had seen other doctors here in NC for the condition, but they just werent listening to me. I felt like I had lost control of my health. On my first visit I cried because I was so tired of being in pain. Being the professional and most amazing person that she is, she listened to me, and I am happy to report that I had the surgery to repair my condition and its only been a week, but I feel 200% better. Please if you are looking for an all around professional OBGYN please make an appointment with Dr De La Cruz. Also her staff is amazing too.

***Within about 2 weeks of this review I finally got a call. They got me in extremely quickly, went over my tests with me, discussed what my options were, and put in two referrals. I still recommend them to people. At first I was extremely happy with this facility. Doctor Newman was happy to give me a tubal ligation (which is hard to find when youre a childless 20-something) and Doctor Law finally found the answer to a problem Ive been having for 10 years. However, I am quickly becoming dissatisfied with their services. After a doctor looked at an ultrasound I received I was told I would need a second one and then possibly an MRI. I got the second one and explicitly asked to get my results ASAP because I would be leaving the country for a month. I also called a few days after the ultrasound to express I wanted my results quickly and received no response. I called again and was told the doctor hadnt even looked at them yet (at this point three weeks since the ultrasound). I called explaining that I was in pain and needed to know what was going on - the only person I was able to speak to was the nurse, who told me everything was completely normal until I pressed her. She seemed to take everything very lightly even though I expressed how uncomfortable I was. She said she would tell my doctor to call me and, Im sure you can guess what happens next, no call. It has now been two months since the imaging was done and I STILL do not have my results and cannot reach my doctor despite explaining that I am in pain and need guidance. They claim to have at least 8 people on the line at all times to take phone calls, yet every time I call Im on hold for at least 20 minutes. Today I was on hold for half an hour before giving up. When I first started going to Wake Womens Health I was overjoyed, but now I feel like Ive been abandoned just like every other doctor that didnt take me seriously before. Im leaving a bad review because at this point it seems like the only way to get in contact with anyone and Im completely helpless otherwise.

Dr. DeLaCruz has been wonderful! I've had prolonged, irregular bleeding and she's been wonderful in taking her time with me to figure out what's going on and help me find a solution. I feel listened to and not rushed! The new office building is beautiful too!
