As a contractor is extremely hard to find a decent place to use the restroom. I have to give five star to the overall cleanliness an appeal of Taylor wine shop, amazing people, great personality.

As always an awesome customer service experience at Taylor's Wine Shop. I have even had an incident when getting a propane refill that when I went inside to get some dog treats that the line was busy so I went back outside to walk my dog. While I was walking my Ben came outside to clean up some debris and I spoke with him which started a conversation at which point he reminded me that I had forgotten to pay for the propane. Well, needless to say, I was soooo embarrassed that I had not paid, and I probably wouldn't have paid before leaving after walking my dog had Ben not reminded me since I am sure that it would have slipped my mind. He did me a great justice by reminding me so that I wouldn't have been even more embarrassed if I had returned home and then realizing that I had forgotten to pay and therefore returning to pay. Thanks soooooo much for your looking out for your customer as well as your business.

Very customer oriented! Bought a bottle of wine, noticed at home when opened that it was corked It happens. They took the wine back no questions asked and exchanged it for a bottle of slightly higher value!
