Walter's Well Pump & Tank Service

From a customer perspective, Walter and his team were absolutely outstanding to work with!! From a professional perspective, Xylem could not ask for a better distributor to represent them. This has been an ongoing issue for several years and an extremely frustrating and expensive process of throwing parts at a problem and hoping for the best. I have complete confidence that Walter left me with a reliable solution to a problem I shouldnt have to deal with for the next 30 years. There were multiple issues contributing to the continuous pump failures and Walters team explained them to me and addressed them. I was also extremely impressed with the level of consideration his team was operating with. When they replaced the filter they relocated it to a spot that no longer requires me to scale cinderblocks to reach. Its the small stuff that leaves the biggest impression. I give my highest recommendation!

They came and went so fast I didn't even know they were there. Top-notch work. Quality service. Nice people. Can't get any better than that.

Walter was absolutely fantastic, changed out my well tank, was very responsive and did a great job at reasonable cost.

Dead well pump. No water. Walter was very responsive and was on-site in less than two hours. But what impressed me most was the coordination of his crew. Each went to his individual tasks with skill and craftsmanship (it was apparent to they had done this many times before). All the efforts came together in a quickly and well completed job. As an engineer by profession I'm not easily impressed by trades, but I can recommend this company. Service: Pump repairs & installation

Maybe I called on the wrong day but the gentleman who answered a NEW inquiry about drilling a well was not professional and made me feel like I was bothering him. While asking a final question, he disconnected the call.
