Dogwood Gatherings and Events

We used Dogwood Gatherings to help plan our mid-sized ( < 100 guest) wedding this past summer using their partial planning service. Throughout the entire process, Addie made herself perpetually available and eager to answer all of our questions. Whether by text, phone, video call, or in-person, Addie was a wealth of information at our disposal day and night. Particularly helpful were her curated lists of trusted vendors, especially because we were rarely in town and so often had to evaluate vendors remotely. All of her recommendations were excellent, and we felt as though she was as invested in the success of our event as us. Her husband was also a great resource on our actual wedding day, assisting with whatever odds and ends we needed help with. We would recommend this service for any couple looking for wedding insight in the Triangle!

Addie and her team were amazing to work with! As a bride, all I wanted for my wedding day was to sit back and enjoy the entire experience. Addie calmed all my anxieties leading up to the wedding while dealing with different vendors. And the day of my wedding was an absolute dream. I was not worried about a single thing. Addie and her team took care of all the setup, coordination with vendors, and ensuring we were in the right place at the right time. I brag to everyone about how my wedding day was perfect and can't think of a single thing that went wrong. I would highly suggest Dogwood Gatherings to anyone who is looking for a wedding planner.

Dogwood Gatherings was ESSENTIAL in our wedding planning. My husband and I live out of state and Addie and Michael were there every step to answer our questions, provide advice, and have an experienced take on weddings. One of our guests literally told us, "This is the most logistically smooth wedding I've ever been to." That was all Dogwood Gatherings!

I recently had the opportunity to work with Addie and it was amazing!! My husband and I were new to the Raleigh area and werent sure where to start with wedding planning and selecting vendors. Addie is super knowledgeable and knows so many people and vendors in the Raleigh area! It made us so much more comfortable to know that she had worked with them before and could confirm they would be the right fit for our big day. On top of that, Addie and Michael have the BEST attitudes. On our wedding day, they were totally in their element and super calm, cool, and collected even though it was unexpectedly raining and we had to shift some things!!! It gave me so much peace of mind throughout the wedding day because I knew Addie and Michael were on top of things and making sure everything was flowing smoothly. Cant thank them enough!!!

I cannot say enough kind words about Addie and her husband. They were both huge helps during the entire planning process, rehearsal, and on the day of our wedding. She kept me (and the mother of the bride) calm and exponentially lessened our stress!! They were both so easy to work with. Addie was great with communication and made herself available VERY often even for the simplest questions I had. Our wedding day went PERFECTLY and I know that would not have happened without Dogwood Gatherings! Their service is phenomenal and I would recommend it to anyone!!
