WARNING!!! Dont ever go to this Banfield. Not only will you get terrible customer service, prepare to wait 3+ hours for routine preventative care. I dropped off my dog at 2:30 (which was his appointment time). I was then told it would be about an hour for his 3 shots and a quick checkup. I went home, came back at 4 and waited for a half an hour only to be told they had no estimated time for when hed be done. After calling the office I was on hold for another 15 minutes and was never called back. They wouldnt take payment over the phone. Horrible service, horrible cost, and horrible experience. Dont visit! A total waste of 250 dollars for a routine checkup.

Recently it was my dogs first time going to this particular location. Firstly, this was the only location close to me with same-day availability, and it was in a good location. My furbaby wasnt feeling well and I could tell by looking at him, but upon picking him up, I immediately noticed a difference. It was like being there refreshed him somehow. The next day, I am really seeing my babys personality shining through again! Yall be was REALLY going through it before I brought him here, you dont understand. Thank you to Dr. Lutz and the entire team at Banfield Brier Creek on 2/15/24 who helped nurse my baby back to life! You all do great things!
