We switched to this Banfield Hospital from another location because we unfortunately had a terrible experience with our 10 month old kitten for a routine checkup. At this location, they received us with very open, caring arms and have given us constant feedback on our kittens progress and behavior. They have reached out SEVERAL times since her spay procedure just to make sure there arent any concerns/questions. They for sure keep the pets best interest at the forefront and I am very content I made the switch to this specific hospital.

Please do not waste your time here. I was told i need a $800 X-ray to see why my dog wont jump on my bed but i told them before the X-ray was done he doesnt have broken bones so are they sure he needs that. They completed a lameness examine 3 weeks prior and no issues. They insisted to get it done for a ligament issue and once i got the X-ray i was told X-rays would not show ligaments just bones. My dog isnt limping or crying to the touch so i already knew it wasnt a bone but taking banfields advise i went ahead and wasted $800 just to be told his bones are good X-rays dont show ligaments so i will need to get a mri but the X-ray didnt show any issues. Why would you insist i get a X-ray if you can complete a lameness exam 3 weeks prior and not see any lameness in my dog knowing a X-ray shows bones only? I trusted their advise because they are experts but this clearly shows they are not experts because i should have been told a X-ray would not show any ligaments issue and as we know if a bone is broke the pet(dog) will show signs which my dog never did! What a waste of $800 and i still have no clue why my dog squeals when jumping on my bed or getting out of my car!

Made an appt online for today at 2pm and received a call from Ruthy telling me that the online appt was just a request and no appts are available. She stated its in the fine print but there is no fine print and I received an email saying my appt was confirmed. Very disappointed as my pet really needs to be seen today.
