I purchased a vehicle and did not like it and returned it on the 30th day. Prior to the 30 day deadline I contacted Car Max and they worked with me to locate another vehicle which came in and I turned in the one that I was not happy with and picked up my new vehicle. Car Max is wonderful to work with. I have never had a company that worked so hard to make sure I was satisfied and I appreciate them for that. I highly recommend Car Max and it will become my new home for vehicles in the future.

I wish I didnt have to write this complaint but CarMax has shown a lack of integrity. I came to CarMax with an approval and they refused to use it. They ran my credit and the exact terms came up but they said they must got through their Capital one office instead of using my existing reference number. I had just given my sister my car so she could go back to college and CarMax kept telling me get other financing and come back or take the CarMax loan. I hate myself because I took the loan instead of fighting for them to accept my approval. They told me my documents were not enough even though capital one had already approved my documents. I am upset because CarMax scammed me. They want to run your credit so they can get an incentive for the loan. If you come with the approval they get nothing. As a disabled veteran I am so tired of corporations taking advantage of the small guy. Their executive team said theirs nothing they can do and its depressing. I was scammed and I have to fight to be made whole. This location set a horrible example for CarMax as a company but my fight is not over. They scammed a disabled veteran and treated me like thrash when I asked to be made whole. I didnt ask for anything other more than my original loan they which they wouldnt process or let me out of this loan and lets us go our separate ways. This is wrong and I will fight to be treated with respect. CarMax took advantage of me and scammed me. I will keep everyone updated with YouTube videos on whats happening I will also launch a website regarding this scam and my fight. Donnell
