        Roy was great to work with. He gave me a good ball park price over the phone. I dropped it off and Roy told me exactly what was going on with it and what was needed to fix it. He then replaced the transmission and other work. He did this work in a very timely manner and I have had zero issues since picking the vehicle up. What I liked the most is that Roy listened to what I was experiencing with the vehicle, asked questions and attempted to diagnose the issue over the phone so I had a good idea of what was going on. He was spot on with his diagnosis and did a great job with the repair. I appreciate his professionalism, patience and knowledge. Couldn't recommend them high enough for any transmission concerns.
