I've taken 2 pairs of boots in for repair and couldn't be happier. Charlie helped suggest some other boots they had based on my repaired boots and I was happy to purchase and help support a small independent shop. Customer for life

I give 1 star because the 3 pair of shoes were repaired but the craftsmanship was terrible. When asked about it, he instantly got an additude and blamed the machine. 1 pair, had 2 different heel sizes, 1 pair, the new heel is chipped in the corner and the last pair, the heels are not flushed to the shoe.

I went to Lee's to have a pair of boots resold, but they were not a candidate. I was shown the large selection of boots to replace my old ones and was given great service. The owners son helped me, and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me an education on how to apply sealant to the boots for longevity and answered every question I have. I will only go to Lee's from here on out
