Carolina Ale House - Raleigh

My best friend, his family, and I visited this place for his birthday! The food, the service, and the atmosphere was amazing! The proximity to the parking deck made it a winner over other restaurants in the area! Best choice ever! Parking: Plenty of garage and street parking!

Over charged even after explaining what was mine vs my friends. Ended up getting charged for my buddy's drinks and I was the DD and didn't drink anything alcoholic.

Food is consistent at all the Ale Houses Ive been to. Its a great place to watch Sunday football. Too bad they dont take more pride in cleanliness. Several vacant tables and the bar had unwiped food, dried ketchup and crumbs. We finally had to choose a table that was the least dirty of all the others. I dont know why the waitstaff doesnt clean the tables and bar after guests leave. I am updating my review because the General Manager got in touch with me via email and was very gracious. He sent me a $25 gift card so that I could/would give the Ale House another try. We actually visited the one in North Raleigh and we had a very good experience. The waiter was excellent (wish I could remember his name) and as always the food was good. I appreciate the GM's customer service and caring enough to try to make it right. Thank you!
