This company allows the owners of the property to select the renters but you wouldnt know that from their website. In my case even though there were several qualified candidates the owner decided to go with who made more money even though all the candidates made 3 times more the rent as required. Would not recommend also was never told there were multiple applications in and pretty much just wasted 60 bucks because it doesnt matter if you meet all the qualifications the owner chooses off who has even more than what is required or what they decide is qualified after you pass the original requirements. Had no indication the owner selects the renter vs the company leads me to think there is all types of discrimination toward qualified candidates. Was not looking for a private landlord thats why I chose to go with a company because I thought it be more fair. I was unfortunately wrong.
