I called Derek from Bateson Realty after my first real estate agent had stepped away from the business for a while. I looked him up on the internet and it was probably the best phone call ever made. Derek was pleasant and he went out of his way to help. He helped me find a house quickly, he helped me go into contract just as quick. After a couple problems with the mortgage he got us closed. Can't tell you how much of a help he was. I am from New York. I'm trying to relocate down to North Carolina. He drove a half hour every time I needed an inspection done and every time he had to meet somebody. We had to have a termite inspection done, a radon inspection and Appraisal. Drove the half hour every time because I couldn't be down there. He drove that half hour every single time while I was up in New York. Derek couldn't have been more helpful. Honestly I think if I asked Derek to go do my food shopping he would ask me for the list.
