Eric Olsen was patient,respectful, kind, knowledgeable, and most importantly had our best interests at heart. My boyfriend and I have had some complications throughout the home buying process especially just trying to find a home and had a few delays up to closing. Eric made sure to thoroughly update us everyday and walked us through every step in the home buying process. On Today February 7th, we have officially purchased our house! Eric Olson went above and beyond in helping us sell our home. He helped us in a multitude of ways in a difficult time in our lives. Eric explained things throughly and presented with all our options as sellers. I never felt like he was in it for himself, but for us. Eric Olson even helped with repairs that popped up while we were out of town. In addition, he has excellent communication skills and was always available. He kept our best interests first the whole time and handled all problems that arose with the buyers agent and attorneys. I highly recommend letting him assist you with any real estate needs you may have. We are so grateful for his patience and in depth knowledge of laws pertaining to buying/selling. His kindness and dedication will never be forgotten.
