Leslie is an amazing agent and I cannot reccomend her enough. She is organized, persistent and knows how to sell a home. She gave us a list of exactly what repairs we needed to do for our house to sell-and then it did. She was there for us every step of the home selling process and stayed in regular communication with providing updates for with my husband and I. It is difficult selling a home with tenants residing in it, but Leslie did a wonderful job of communicating and scheduling showings with our tenants during the showing process. 10/10 recommend!

We had a fantastic experience with TriCap! Leslie is SO patient, knowledgeable, and knows how to get the job done! She was so flexible, and was always able to meet us anywhere, at any time of day. She brings her positive energy with her wherever she goes, and always had the best insight when we had questions or concerns about the houses we were seeing. Buying a home can be so stressful, but Leslie made our experience a positive one! We love our new home and we know we would not be here today without Leslie! We HIGHLY recommend TriCap!!!

Leslie Manning was very professional. She found us a beautiful home that was less than 10 days on the market. She was very available for questions and concerns. The quality home was perfect for us and near our daughters. Leslie arranged the lawyers for the closing and everything went smooth. We highly recommend her realty abilities as she was excellent! She was the best realtor we have ever worked with.
