Sam Poindexter was a pleasure to work with. He was great at providing insights for options in locations I was looking into. His knowledge of the local market and relationships with local builders and resources helped to lead me to my new home. Great experience (again!) with Luis. His expertise on buying and selling in the spring in 24 led to a multiple offers on the sell and smooth sailing on the buy. Stephanie Digilio is one of the best in the area. Last year I was browsing houses thinking about moving to North Carolina. Stephanie reached out to ask if I needed any assistance and didn't push me on anything. Over the next few weeks we worked together on what I gave as my budget and my land requirements (coming from a Metro Area I wanted land and to not hear or see neighbors... ok I wanted 5 acres but I felt like I wouldn't see or hear anyone).
I came down for one weekend and Stephanie took me everywhere.... if I remember correctly she had 17 listings to show me on the first day... everything was what I asked for and knowing it wasn't what I really wanted she was patient with me and we looked at everything. By the end of the day she just said hey, I think I have a pretty good idea of what you like. Let me show you one property tomorrow that doesn't have the land you want but I think you'll love it.
I begrudgingly went along with her and instantly fell in love and signed a contract! I haven't regret my .25 acre purchase one bit since I've been here.
The best thing about Stephanie is she was not only patient but she really listened to me..... she may have robbed me of my john deer lawn mowing dreams that I'm sure I would have hated in 6 months but she gave me something better, what I really needed... a beautiful home in a community where I can actually plant roots, meet people and thrive.
