        The TB clinic is typical of state run foolishness. They cancelled on me once got the appt time wrong another time. I finally go there and they would not take the results from my Epic my chart because it does not have my name on it. Unfortunately its a public health illness so your stuck with the incompetence.

        They NEVER pick up the phone and the customer service people are very obnoxious and sometimes speak badly to patients.

        My review is for the women's clinic phone service and the general switchboard. It is very difficult to communicate, I want to make a payment to pay my debt, I have left voice messages, I never get a response and it is difficult for me to go to the clinic because we don't have 1 car anymore, and if we go after 3 pm already at the checkout is closed.
