        My life has changed enormously in a very short time thanks to Mind Made Whole ! Ms. Williams is very attentive and practical! She has challenged me to explore my negative thought patterns, while giving me resources and practical tools to overcome life challenges. I have seen great improvement both spiritually and mentally I have had great experiences both with in person and Telehealth appointments! It is definitely worth the drive from Charlotte !
