As someone who understood the benefits of talk therapy but never saw it as a workable option for myself my experience with The Lee Way has given me a completely different outlook. From my original consultation with Erricker Lee to now shes been absolutely fantastic. Professional, kind, gentle yet confident in her advising she carries a sense of honesty that I really appreciate. You can tell she not only knows what shes doing with her practice but she loves what she does.

I normally do not right reviews and will let things go. However, last week I inquired about seeing a therapist and I had come across Erickker Lee. Meanwhile, as we spoke in the phone I had gotten great vibes that she wanted to help. We both agreed that the weekend would be a good time to set my first appointment on a Saturday to go ahead and complete my assessment to get started. Long story short, Im preparing all week and looking forward to my first therapy session. My appointment was set for 10am on Saturday and I get a text message from miss lee saying m, that she forgot that she had an event that same day and could I reschedule for a Sunday. Im like no, then she ask could I do 11am. Mind you, I had been up since 5:45am because I have a little one that is 5 months old and of course I couldnt go back to sleep. I was was getting prepared for my original appointment time. I then prepare for my 11am, so I get a call from her ASSISTANT and she tells me that miss lee will not be out of her event and can we do a virtual session not until 4pm. At that point I was completely over it and over her. Because I was irritated I told her assistant to not even worry about it and Ill be looking for someone else. Im sorry but this first impression was not a good one. Honestly, also what made this experience so bad before I even had a session with her is that, yes she apologized in the first text but she never even apologized for the whole day and that I prepared for. I believe that she may have forgotten about her event, but not the day of and then tell me that same day. I also felt like, being that she has an assistant, clearly shes not doing her job either to set her calendar and books together. Honestly, I understand that we are all human. But this was not a good experience at all.
