My previous therapist didnt listen to me, didnt let me talk, and didnt take feedback on what I did and didnt want to have in therapy sessions, so I didnt feel safe anymore. I talked to Karen Kranbuehl before we started about what I did and didnt want with therapy, and shes really gone above and beyond to make therapy feel like a safe place for me in doing those things. Being able to talk without being interrupted is such a nice feeling. I really appreciate everything shes done for me since we started working together shes helped me through really horrible times in my life and also some happy times too. If they had fancy therapist awards like they do for actors and singers, I would nominate Karen for every single one! Thank you, Karen, for walking alongside me through my wild life. I value you and your perspective and your ideas so much

Mental health is extremely important and knowing where to go to get the support that one needs is just as important. Great councilors at Aspire Counseling Group. Very caring and passionate We highly recommend them.

I was not able to get into the portal on the day of the appointment. I emailed Paige - I'm assuming the receptionist - and 4 hours later she had not emailed me back, so I emailed her again. Thirty minutes later, she emailed me another invitation to join the portal. No apologies, no context, nothing. I finally got into the portal and after waiting in the online session for almost 25 minutes for the therapist, David, he never showed up. I emailed them asking what was go ing on and I've yet to hear from anyone. Highly unprofessional behavior, especially for people in a field that supposedly "care" about your wellbeing. EDIT: Both Dave and the co-owner eventually did reach out and apologized.
