It is IMPOSSIBLE to even speak to a human being. All calls go directly to voice mail and you cannot reach anyone, ever. This is the height of lack of customer service!!! I've been trying since January to reach someone to pay my quarterly dues except that I pay by the year. You can't reach anybody. They seem to no longer provide any services at all for those dues. I pay the City for my water service, Duke Energy for electricity, Dominion Energy for my gas, City picks up our trash, and we pay for own lawn upkeep. I can't find out what they do with my payment to them. I asked before but don't receive an answer! If I could rate at ZERO I would.

As a tenant in one of the HOA managed properties, i would like to to highlight they are as incompetent as it gets. They sent a letter threatening to fine my landlord, because we were missing unit numbers on our dumpster. They threatened to sue if the fine if it wasnt paid, and recommended that my landlord consider ending the lease. All because we were missing the unit numbers on our trash cans. PS we were never told about this because they were addressing the letter to the landlordhow the hell am i supposed to know what they want as a tenant, if the letter is sent to the landlord. And i guess writing threatening and rude letters is just business as usual for them
