Updating 4.2.2023 I no longer recommend. Too much turn over in staff. We have seen our common decline and too many mistakes made. I am president of our BOD and work with Ebony on a weekly basis (if not more). She is always extremely responsive to all of the board's messages. I don't think we have ever gone more than 24 hours without a response. She goes above and beyond all the time for us and is a pleasure to work with. She is the reason we are renewing with CASNC for another year.

Our HOA has contracted with CAS for several years. During this time we have had poor, average and excellent service, depending on the manager involved. We currently have outstanding service provided by Bryan Casale. Bryan has helped shape a new vision for our community, which lacked guidance in the past. We recently revised our contract with CAS which provides detailed financial reports, web based community outreach. Bryan partners with us on a range of HOA needs. Together, we vet contractors for landscaping, insurance, storm water issues, security, and other needed services. Through all of this, Bryan has patiently answered questions, sought answers and remains engaged in all our communications. We remain committed to CAS as long as Bryan is our property manager.

Our property manager, Bryan Casale, is awesome! He responds to every request in a timely manner and has helped improve the property. He is always available for meeting or responding to our requests and I see him ride through the property to make sure that what we requested has been taken care of for us. I am so pleased with Bryan. I have lived here for more than 20 years and we have never had any other manager that is as responsive as Bryan. Truly appreciate everything that he does for our community and hope that he will manage Ivy Creek for many years. Thanks so much and kudos to Bryan!!
