image The team is very delayed in responding to tenants and do not complete maintenance requests no matter how many times you submit it. My unit had foundation issues and flooding. The landlord refused to give me a habitable space to stay in path they had other vacant units.

image This company is predatory! Don't ever lease with them. My daughter was in college and sick. She fell behind on couple months and all of a sudden she owes $7700. Her rent was only $575. I have retained an Attorney and contacted the State Attorney Generals Office regarding this matter.
Stay away from them!!!

image Horrible Management. Horrible Maintenance. Horrible Corporate Office. Miserable living experience. They put profit before providing a safe living place for residents. My apartment has leaked three times in two months. They keep painting over the leak and it keeps happening.

image In my 51 years of life, this is by far the worst management company that I've ever dealt with. They took over our complex 17 days ago, and they don't have a clue at every aspect. I guess noone looked at their 2.3 rating before making this piss poor decision. They're not crediting payments, and then threatening legal action for non payment... Even after providing proof of payment. I've sent 3 messages to different managers through the portal, with no response. Then on a phone call their excuse was, and I quote "we're not sure if the portal is working." They let the old security company go because they couldn't pay their past due bill, and now the new security company is nowhere to be found. What a joke. Anyway, my attorney informed me that if they send one more notice threatening legal action to not respond, and he would take care of it. I guess I'll have to trust him since noone here knows what's going on.
