If I could give 0 stars I would. Do yourself a favor and dont rent a property from this company. Worst company I have ever rented from.

Current resident. Two months with leaking floor from underneath my townhome. Ruined rug and furniture. No recourse, I rental charges decreased. I have been asked to pay full rent for only using the upstairs of my home. Also, rain water has been leaking in the home every time it rains for over 60 days.

I would never rent from this company. I truly dont know where to begin. We rented from them for nearly 2.5 years. Out of that time there was at least a year that we were not able to use the entire back yard because of a tree that had partially fallen and they would not come get up. It posed a large danger to our kids and they still took over a year probably. Getting any repairs done was an absolute nightmare. They took days to send someone out to the residence. Communication was absolutely horrendous. I pointed out numerous issues during our move in process that were never fixed, which as nails coming out of the back deck, lumber and debris on the side of the yard that wasnt removed. Now we are being charged for that to be removed along with other things that were damaged or inoperable upon us moving in. Its awful knowing they treat people this way. Never again.

VERY disappointed doing business with this company. They have a bad reputation amongst many of their vendors. There communication platform is an absolute mess. Even during active issues, the company shut down the chat features. Making it impossible for us to resolve an active issue. We have NO contact information for a property manager. The property managers do not return your calls, and have never been accommodating enough to schedule a time. I do not give one star reviews, but this one was worth it. Stay clear of this shady business.

They are extremely easy to get in touch with for service issues, communicate clearly and effectively, have fair pricing, and work hard for their tenants. Easily the best rental agency we have ever worked with! We jumped at the chance to stay another year in our home!
