When we lived in Raleigh, my wife and I worked with CJ Tabor for buying and selling several properties. If you want the best realtor in Raleigh who is a true advocate for their clients and masterfully navigates not just the negotiation process but all aspect of the buying/selling process, she is your premier choice. Our collaboration with her spans several properties, such as our house on Westchester Road and condo at The West on North West St., we were fully confident that CJ and Hudson Residential could do the very best for our needs and she delivered every single time. Although we no longer live in Raleigh, we still have many friends and a big network who do, and they are always our recommendation. Some of the folks leaving bad reviews almost ONLY leave bad reviews. Be careful when reading just one and check that persons history.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST, this management company only collects money from people and doesnt want to fix anything they expect for you to be a plumber , handy man and exterminator, they dont take responsibility for ANYthing needing maintenance! I might as well go buy me a home being that Im responsible for all these repairs! Wont be renewing and will be sure to let family friends and the world know to stay away from these people Bad for business !!!
