Do not, I repeat do not rent with this company unless you like house mold, old appliances, painting over dirt and dust, and shotty plumbing

My mom just passed away . And she was renting an apartment from this company. The only thing they are /were worried about was getting her stuff out. I wanted to keep it because of the memories we have here. Even if Im here just a year I wanted to just stay and take over. Every option I had the answer was no. I said ok can you give me til next Friday to move out her belongings. Another no. When I called the light company they were so willing to help out no matter what. I even thanked the light company guy for working with me. This change is hard and I understand business is business however to deal with a company that doesnt care about what you are going through. Or even try to come up with a solution that fits your needs is ridiculous.

Schrader Properties Management (SPM) is a great company to rent from, even though I have only been renting for a short period of time, because they took over from the old management company, I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with this new management company. Whenever you communicate with the staff, they have always been professional, patient and friendly. When there is an issue(s) with your apartment, and you put in a maintenance request(s), everything is completed in a timely manner. I regret to be leaving from under the management of Schroder Properties, but my family and I need a bigger apartment. I strongly believe if anyone who wants to rent from SPM will not be disappointed. I will be recommending my friends and other family members to Schrader Properties if they want a good management property to rent from.

Hopefully someone is nice enough to answer my question about the car policy I read thru the lease agreement and there is nothing that specify that the car that I own has to be under the same name of the person on the lease? But when we apply for the apartment you guys take another country passport and Tax ID I mean the cars I had in the pass wasn't under my name but it was ok they all they say it was the registration and that was it. C'mon now you guys rent out apartments to the Latino community y'all think they all have a driver license? Anyone that rents in this company have your lease agreement out ready if they tow your car you have a prove that no where on there tha say the car can't not be under someone else name.
