        I provided instructions on how to manage my property. Ive been able to step back and let them do their job. Theyve done an excellent job maintaining the property and getting new tenants in right away when the old tenants moved out. Over five years with them and not a single complaint.

        Want to give a thumbs up for Real Property management! The support and service staff are awesome. When homeowner from my first rental decided to sell, I chose to rent another property thru Real Property because of my first experience. They go over and above helping out in any situation!!!

        My experience with RPM Wake County was excellent! In years past, I handled my investment properties on my own, only to discover that we underpriced the properties and allowed the tenants to take advantage our good nature. After comparing management firms, I chose RPM and 23 months later my net income is much higher, I didn't have to deal with tenants and worry about obscure laws that I might have been violating on my own. RPM Wake County has my complete endorsement.
