        Customer service line took twenty mins to return. Once processed the rep tells me because you used 96 cents in sams club rewards I cant refund your 40 something dollar return and instead have to put the entire amount on a gift card. Is she instructed to lie to people or just unaware? I have NEVER experienced this before. After waiting twenty mins I took the gift card. But Ill be cancelling my Sams membership. Very scammy.
