Our large format printer broke down at work with something jammed inside. These guys were recommended to us by another print company (if that doesn't say enough already). Jason at the office was patient with our urgent requests and got us hooked up with the technician John. John knew exactly what to do and both were extremely kind. All in all, the issue was resolved within a day and we were back up and running. Professional, polite, and good service. A+ Gents

I received great service today from the guys at PrinterStop!!! I brought my HP laser printer in due to continual printer jams whenever I would try to print. Jason was able to identify and solve the issue within 5 minutes! Let's just say it was operator error (ha ha)! And he did not make fun of me- he gets 5 stars just for that! Thanks for your help today, Jason!!!

I ordered a printer, scanned and emailed my CC info with photo ID as instructed, they charged my card, then I got an email saying that the order was cancelled. I emailed them and they told me to dispute the charge.

I had spent days trying to connect my HP LaserJet 4050n to my Mac and was getting nowhere, I even had a Tech come in and look at it, and he couldnt fix it either. I don't know how I came across Printer Stop ad but I took a chance and called. Mark answered and listened to me and said its your network card. Took a chance, purchased a network card from him , came home switched the card and within five minutes I was printing!!!!! Amazing how much time Ispent on this and he knew the problem just from what I told him over the phone! I will see him for all my printer issuses. Thanks Mark!
