Gino's Pizza

The quality of the pizza was satisfactory, but the overall experience was marred by extremely poor service. The individual manning the counter exhibited a negative attitude throughout the interaction. Despite receiving coupons through local flavor promotions, they refused to honor them, despite the coupons clearly indicating they were valid until 2025. Due to this disappointing encounter, I have no intention of returning to this establishment in the near future.

The pizza Slices are Large and absolutely Delicious. Only $2.99 per slice! 2 slices and a drink cost $7.99. Like most pizza, it IS pretty greasy, but I just dab it off with a napkin. They DO have nice, thick napkins lol. Locally, Gino's is Second only to Benny's Capitale downtown ($5 slice, Larger slices). But at Gino's, I can Always find parking Update: 03/08/24 So their chef left early tonight. No new orders can be placed. Interesting choice for a restaurant.

Ordered on the website with toppings and it didn't put it in the system for them. But the pizza itself was chewy and needed more sauce. I came before and the pizza was good but consistency is big for me.

The way the owner talked to me as a black women who has been coming here for 10 years is absolutely disgusting and no good will come from treating colored people that way or people in general. I will never eat here again or recommend them. How low the owner was is beyond me. No wonder its declining.
