I would definitely not recommend this place by no means not one time not two times but multiple times they have got this order wrong we called and told him that my girlfriend was allergic to onions yes they got nasty yet when they delivered the second order it was not looking good at all it looks worse than the first one and then on top of that after we paid online for the order when they bring it they tried to charge us $5 more was not going to so if I was you and if I was hungry for pizza I would definitely go somewhere else

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible business practice. I ordered online on 2/13 for a pickup on 2/14 because I knew VDay would be busy. They canceled my order without telling me!! They labeled it as non-pickup (they had it as 2/13 despite me ordering ahead for 2/14) and wont refund me today when Im trying to get the order that I legit placed and they dont have ready!

Great people but I got a XL pizza with extra topping and it had only enough toppings to fit a small pizza. Very cheap and stingy with the toppings.

The most lovely bald man welcomed us into the Falls the Neuse Marcos. He had a bright energy and was externally kind. We ordered and he offered us a special and also offered to bring the pizza to our car (along with a lovely description of the new dipping sauces). All in all incredible service.

Absolutely terrible service. I called to have a pizza delivered for my son that was supposed to take 30 minutes. I ended up calling the store at least 4 times and was lied to by multiple employees over the course of 2 hours. Spoke to the manager during that time and Nicky was completely uninterested in dealing with me. I finally canceled the order and we had to find something else for dinner. Now I see that I was still charged for the order, despite the manager yelling at me that it was canceled, so I have to call back and deal with this further. Complete incompetence and this location is very poorly managed. Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere.
