Bug Out

Very unsatisfied. They didn't knock any cobwebs down at all. They missed 1 bathroom completely. There are bugs still flying around inside. For the price paid we are not satisfied. Won't use this company again. Money wasted in my eyes.

Scam company that attempts swindle people into contracts. My builder used their services before I owned the house. Someone from their company showed up at my front door completely unannounced. He explained to me that the service was about to end and under THAT service this was the last inspection. I asked multiple times if him doing this inspection would put us under contract or if it would cost me money. He replied every time no. He does the inspection in 5 minutes comes back to the door and asks if I want to continue service. I ask for information and prices on continues the services. He can't give me this info so takes my email to follow up. No email received, instead I start to get bills in the mail. I start getting spam calls and robo calls demanding I pay for services under contract that I never signed up for or asked for. I talked to reps on the phone who insisted I owed them money and treated me like trash. It took making legal threats and sending the company an unofficial cease and desist to get them to stop harassing me. This company is insanely scummy and not to be trusted. Do not let their reps on your property or you will have to waste your time dealing with these people.

I've had the unfortunate circumstance to need Bug Out and they don't have their act together at all. They're technicians are great to deal with, but dealing with what I assume is corporate rather than a local office makes them a mess to deal with. Scheduling is problematic. Getting them to call back is problematic. It's horrific. Even though I'm paying Bug Out for monthly services (which they don't always provide) I've chosen to retain my original pest control company at the same time because they do a great job and Bug Out such a pain to deal with. Do yourself a favor and use another pest control company. The team at Moxie is great in the Wake Forest, NC area if you need one.
