Edelstein Payne's team helped my husband through a difficult job accident. His work injury nearly caused permanent damage. Unfortunately, the employer did not want to follow the North Carolina law until we involved an attorney. Travis was honest and personable, and acted quickly to advise my husband of his rights, and quickly defended him. It was amazing how quickly the employer responded once they received contact from a workers' compensation lawyer. My husband was able to receive the treatment needed, and was very happy with the case results. Based upon our experience, I would highly recommend no employee try to go against an employer denying their benefits. It really is necessary to have an experienced lawyer on your side.
