For the first time in my life I had to file a lawsuit. I was really nervous at first, particularly as the suit involved a malpractice/personal injury case against a physician. Joan Davis, with the patience of a Saint, spoke at great length with me as to all of the details we would need to get started on the suit. I was impressed with her professional bearing and knowledge, and was never hesitant to answer my many questions. She gave me the confidence I needed to proceed with the suit. I am pleased to say that we successfully settled the case out-of-court. I cannot say enough good things about Joan and her staff, all of whom were so caring and so proactive in helping me.

Robbie is an experienced, knowledgeable and very dedicated to his clients. He single handedly solved my dilemma with an intractable Insurance Company and a contractor. Just when I thought all was lost Robbie calmly as if by magic removed the stress and made me feel he is on the job, that's when I relaxed. Aside of brains the man cares about his client's issues and basically fights for his clients tenaciously.
