Last time with Chris was great. This time with stephen and crystal was slam awful. So unhelpful and rude. They told me Walmart had bought out the vision center and things were different. My frames were broken and they could not get me the frames or transfer my lenses. Crystal told me they could lose their jobs if they were to transfer my lenses and they were not going to lose their job for me. WOW. I then asked Chris who his supervisor was and he told me he didnt know. Told me to call Walmart customer service to find out. Well I did call customer service and found out his supervisor worked right in the store with him. Another WOW. All I wanted was to buy new frames and I felt like I was under attack. I will never go back. They should be ashamed of themselves. I don't recommend them at all now.

They suck they lie to customers trying to make u use ur insurance to get glasses instead of doing what u want which is use my own frames to get glasses they have been given me the run around for about 2-3 weeks. U cant make nobody use their insurance if they dont want to. Just do what I ask u to do. PERIODT

I had the worst customer service experience, basically in my whole life. I went to the vision center arrived around 5:23pm And the door was closed the employee was sitting inside the vision center on the phone, giggling and laughing. The store closing time was 6:00pm. I asked her to open the door so I can do an eyeglasses.She said no, we close. I said to her the closing hours is 6 :00pm. She got very nasty, raised her voice, and told me to go somewhere else and step away from the door. I asked to see a manager she told me that she was the manager and told me that she does not work for Walmart. I truly dont know what was her problem if she doesnt like to work there.why She doesnt just go somewhere else. she wasnt gonna do it for free I was gonna pay for it. She was just sitting down killing time until 6 oclock comes and then well go home.
Will never go there again if it is for free.
