Ive been here twice for my annual eye exams and both times have been pleasant experiences. Dr. Klaus is super friendly and very kind. He seems to spend an appropriate amount of time adjusting the lenses during the exam to make sure hes getting as close as humanly possible to an accurate prescription, unlike a few other places Ive been (*coughmyeyedoctorcough*) where they flip things a few times and send you on your way even if you dont sound sure. He asks helpful questions and definitely cares about your eyes. As a practitioner, he and the assistants definitely get . I only knock off a star because the frame selection here is pretty minimal, and the ones they carry are mostly designer that are over $200, which is a bit much for me personally. And the frame shapes / colors are pretty standard anyway, so there arent really any options for someone like me who wants a much bolder or brighter look. Even so, Id definitely recommend this location for your exams and eye health concerns.
