*Updating my previous review* Had to bring my wife's vehicle in for emergency service. They did the research to figure out what the issue was, communicated it clearly to us, and fixed it in a timely manner. They even cleaned out under the hood and cleaned our wheels for no extra charge. The shop is truly a small business with there being only 2 employees. However, once they get to your vehicle, they will have it back to you quickly. We will be going back to them in the future for services. Called to ask about a state inspection and was told I could bring it in immediately. Inspection was completed, and I was on my way in just 10 minutes. Good, friendly service. Neil and Christina are wonderful to work with and always fun to be around! When Neil says I need something done, he gives it to me straight. I trust what he says. He does the work on time and at the price agreed. With Five Points Service Center, Neil and Christina taking care of my car, I expect it to last for a very long time!
