I waited an hour to be seen, only for the doctor to leave within the first 5 minutes of being in the exam room and then be asked to reschedule.

Wonderful facility! The woman who treated my 86 year old elderly mom was amazing!! So patient and calm. We never felt rushed and walked away feeling like we were heard.

Honestly my visit was Terrible , first Question was About birth control and if im on it , i said im not on it and did NOT want to be on it . We discussed my concerns then tells me she doesnt THINK my cyst cause my spotting during ovulating when i told her it causes pain and last 5 days like a second menstrual . She asked me why I dont want to be on birth control and told her i dont want nexplonon or an IUD and she said well theres a lot of other options for birthcontrol but DIDNT Even go through the options or discuss what suits me and just gives me the pill form . . . What about the other options ? And she also said That MAYBE it helps with my cyst and Spotting . Then why am i here for ? Just so she can say MAYBE and doesnt know whats causing my spotting ? Cause arent you the specialist ? I Dont Know whats causing my spotting either thats why im here not to just get Birth control which is something i didnt even want . I go back in april to see if the birth control even helped . I dont even want to take the birth control just schedule the surgery at this point . I dont reccommend this facility because I felt like my concerns were not being heard.
