Do not go here unless you pay in cash and never connect to the WiFi. Do not even use your real name. Ruby Deluxe is part of a network of NXIvM/DOS/JNess in which cult members cycle through jobs setting up the scam for people dumb enough to do idiotic illegal activities. They began keeping track of who came in on a spreadsheet along with personal info they collected along the way to pass on to criminal chat groups that hack accounts. This began in 2006. They make up stupid games and then have someone impersonate an FBI agent who goes by Barbara or Renee and is rotating cast of locals. Unfortunately, its illegal to impersonate federal employees and these are people who get to know you so they can compile information to target potential marks. Two of the current bartenders engaged in heavy drugs, identity theft and stalking of women they deem competition. They regularly steal personal effects - and I cannot make this up- believe they have magical properties. Often, upper cult members attend the establishment to heavily tip so the bartenders buy hacks for them or pay it forward for other people to buy them. They legitimately stalk people of high net worth to harass and mark as targets for criminals in their network. They think its funny. Both women have admitted to being diagnosed with bipolar and borderline, and one has a serious TBI. Not judging, but its terrifying when they go off their meds, heavily drink, do meth and stalk people. They may cycle through AA, NA or churches to establish new networks after burning through their own and make fun of attendees for being easy marks.

I had a really good time. But now that I received a sudden and additional 58 dollar charge two days after my visit my opinion has changed. I already spent 10 bucks to get in, and over 85 total for my drinks and Tips for the bar and queens. I'm not sure how I'm charged additionally two nights after. If this was something simple like 5 bucks, or if this was the night right after or somehow like that I'd be more understanding but this is ridiculous. I've been double charged and made to overdraft even after trying my best to tip well and be polite. Please reach out to me so I can help reverse this decision or please reverse the pending charge without me doing anything, thank you. I really want to come back and continue to enjoy this place, but if nothing can be done to help me I can't see myself coming back
