Run from this service provider. I brought a my son's laptop because it was misbehaving. They wiped the hard drive and reinstalled Windows. What the problem was not the hard drive, but the screen was cracked and that was causing the problems. They knew this and "fixed" the hard drive that never needed "fixing" without disclosing the issue to me was the cracked screen until after the work was done. This is incredibly underhanded and shows they cannot be trusted. Further they tried to sell me a SSD hard drive that wasn't needed and "forgot" to tell me the installation cost was twice the cost of the hard drive. All this knowing the computer was not worth the repair fees. These guys are scammers. Stay far away.

I took a musical device here to get the USB ports replaced and it didnt go so well but the store did the honorable thing and replace my device. I have a lot of respect for this business.

I saw one customer called Nancy Nano mentioned that this shop stole the hard drive from her MAC computer, many years past, this shop still steal parts from computers ---- they stole several parts from my PC recently, I have pictures evidence, but they apparently don't care. What can I do besides blacklisting these cheaters? I'm not a scammer. I swear to God what I wrote above was my real experience and frustration with them: they stole then denied but I could do nothing. Warp Computers, do you dare to swear to God too that you never lied and stole parts from your customers, including Nancy Nano and me?! You can keep lying to the public, but I know, Nancy knew, you knew and God knows the truth.

Lets say Mr Andy is a very Pleasant man he offered to help me in anyway he could. Along with him I encountered 3 other gentleman they even represented the company very well was able to have me up and running with my laptop right before I started back to college. They have done great work for me in the pass and have once again made me a happy customer. Awesome!!! if you run into a problem with computers ect Wrap Computers is the way Thank you guys !!!

Awesome service and great employees! Everyone working here is very knowledgeable and will do whatever they can to help you out. Definitely recommend coming here if you're having computer troubles, or in the market for a new one.
