Karen was fantastic from the get-go. My husband and I talked to a few agents before deciding on who to hire for our home sale. From that initial meeting, before even being selected as our agent, she walked us through the process of selling a home and gave us some advice of what we should change or fix around the home. Karen is wonderful! I am a first time homeowner and Karen made the process so smooth and easy for me. We have now worked with Karen on several real estate deals. We first met Karen when we were looking for our first house over ten years ago. She was the sellers agent at a property that we were interested in. My wife and I were so impressed with her professionalism and appreciated her direct tact that we chose her to be our buyers agent. She patiently showed us many properties over the course of a year before we made our decision. When it was time to sell our home, we contacted her again. She had professional pictures taken and assisted us with staging the house. Our home sold within a couple of hours on the first day that it was on the market. We just purchased our new home and Karen was there to assist us through every step of the process.
