COVID-19 changed the delivery for what would normally had been an in-person conference. As the one responsible for planning and executing an annual in-person conference, I had no idea how to do it virtually. I was introduced to Tech Factory in 2020 and in March 2021, the conference was held virtually for the first time ever and in April 2022, the conference was held as a hybrid and both were a huge success due to use of Tech Factory! Ricardo Hicks and the Tech Factory team walked us through every detail on how the production services would be delivered. They are highly proficient, professional and extremely efficient. 5 STARS is NOT EOUGH! This group is definitely the BEST AV Group I have ever worked with in my 25 years in the Entertainment Industry! They are extremely friendly, professional and show great care in what they do! If they have any tech issues I sure couldn't tell!!! EVERYTHING has ran smoothly the entire 3 days I have been working with them. Not even one issue! You can tell their integrity and focus and their desire to take care of the client, vendors and guests! ABSOLUTELY NO STRESS WHATSOEVER! If I could rate them higher they would be an OUTSTANDING 10!
