Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I have worked for another Red Robin location before and I know how much the company prioritizes efficiency and customer satisfaction. My party of 2 decided to stop in for dinner at 5 in the evening. There was one single table sitting and already eating when we walked in but other than that it was empty. We sat for a few minutes and two servers walked by to check on the one table but never came in our direction and ignored us. After 10 minutes of waiting, another table was sat and was immediately greeted by the one of the previous servers who had already walked out and seen us. She served them their drinks and continued moving back towards the back. After about 20 minutes of waiting and being ignored by everyone (while you could clearly hear all of the staff cutting up and making jokes having a good time in the BOH). We decided that no food, especially Red Robin, isnt worth waiting and being repeatedly ignored while other guests get immediate care and attention. When we decided to leave I let the girl by the front door know why we were leaving and the lack of any service we received and she laughed and turned around. As someone whos worked in many different types of restaurants, Id be so utterly embarrassed by how the staff acted and treated people. Genuinely disgusted by how your staff acted. The only staff member that was doing their job was the host who was very nice and attentive while sitting us. Other than that, this location genuinely sucks. Also smells like rotten fish and B.O. when you first walk in.

I was really disappointed with my experience at Red Rubin tonight. The service was terrible and the burger tasted like something I could have gotten at Burger King. If this had been my first time at Red Rubin, I would have given them a one-star review. However, I have had a great burger there before, so I know they are capable of better. I hope this was just an off night for them, but I won't be rushing back anytime soon.

The fries weren't hot, so we were given more. The manager stopped by our table which was a generous act. The server(Tee) was very attentive, even with working the bar as well.
