Pathetic customer service. Do better. I wish I had the employee's name who acted like his job is a joke from the speaker through the window, to not putting a straw in the bag for my shake. I love CookOut, but this one needs management.

Great place for a burger and best fast food chain compared to other places including Five Guys and their jacked up pricing. I have yet to find a burger place besides Bad Daddy's in Raleigh as good. The parking lot could use some work for the 2 lanes as most people don't know how to get into the two or make space. They could also knock the tree or adjust the curb to make more space. Maybe apply cones or lines. Portions for the cheese curds could be bigger compared to other items. Speaker system and headsets for staff need to be upgraded at some point as they don't always hear even if your car is close. Parking: Small parking lot but if you're stopping in during regular hours it's fine. Good luck if it's after 11pm or later though.

Night shift is pretty consistently rude. They just hand me things silently and then close the window half the time. No interaction whatsoever. Theyve handed me the completely wrong thing more than once and then act like its an inconvenience when I ask for what I did order.
