My brother is an addict and I called the local Raleigh office to talk to someone about what I could do to get him help. I'm not sure how but I got a woman on the phone named Sarah. She was extremely rude and when I tried to explain to her what I was looking for I got put on hold multiple times. During one of those hold times just put the phone down and didn't press hold and I could literally hear her talking smack about me to someone else. They were laughing about the entire thing!! When I told her I could hear her she played dumb and acted like she didn't know what I was talking about and then blamed it on the hold music. She then transferred me to another number where I went straight to voicemail. I hung up and was so disgusted with the entire ordeal I decided to find help elsewhere. Will NEVER recommend!!
