        I love this place! Becca is great, she really takes the time to understand your needs. I have used multiple services including taping for races, post race massages, full body work and cupping. I would highly recommend ReFit Therapy to my friends and family.

        Becca with Refit Therapy is highly skilled and knowledgeable. Becca quickly identified my problem areas and came up with a personalized plan to target my muscle tension. Throughout my session, she checked in with me to ensure I was comfortable and adjusted the treatment as needed. Becca took the time to answer all of my questions and explain the various techniques she was using. It was clear she genuinely cared about my well-being and was dedicated to helping me with my recovery. I highly recommend Refit Therapy.
