OAKwave Marketing Strategy

We had some great first meetings, I paid the deposit and then never heard from them again. Now I can't get any kind of response from my contact, the owner, Nicole Choman. In my 18 years running a small business, by far the worst experience we have had.

OAKwave is not a typical marketing agency, nor are they business consultants. Whats more, their pricing and business model is geared towards making it possible for small and medium businesses to obtain the same quality of service from an agency that has long been available to big corporations with deep pockets. If you want to understand more about their approach, the owner, Nicole Choman, wrote a book called Bad Marketing which explains how she came up with her approach to sales and marketing that is highly profitable while being completely honest and ethical (this includes not annoying customers with misleading clickbait articles and the like, the things that many agencies will routinely do for their clients).
