My dads fell behind on his payments so we caught his payments up and they still repossessed the truck. Now no one will return to calls or emails to see what we can do to get the truck back. Bad customer service. Dont walk away RUN

I got a jeep with Regional i paid it off now im trying to get another jeep and Regional got a REPO on my Credit and the jeep been paid off over 5 years now

Warning: Refinance your car somewhere else!!!! Ive been without a vehicle registration for 3 months now. This lame company keeps asking for car payments on a car I cannot drive because they arent submitting my paperwork to the DMV. They charged me DMV processing fees and Im still waiting on a registration. Theyve been giving me the run around. I finally decided to lawyer up and get the BBB involved. Since then, Im refinancing my vehicle through another company.

ZERO STARS!!!!!!! They drafted my car payment and overdrafted my account by several hundred dollars!!! That just took food out of my childrens mouths for the next 2 weeks until I get paid again. Oh they wont credit it back either. RUN RUN RUN !!! Ill be refinancing with a different company by the end of today or tomorrow.
