        Charges for services without providing the service. Happened twice in about one year with us as well as with our neighbor. We all have outdoor cameras, and I work from home and very aware of what is going on around my house. Shady.

We do our best to track and verify work done by our technicians through various means if there is ever an issue, and in instances like this, we send a technician back out as well to follow up on the service and touch base with the property a second time.
