My husband and I met Bob Godfrey, owner of Traditional Jewelers in 1978 and he took my original diamond and made into a 3 stone diamond ring. I still wear it and cherish it as it was yesterday. Bob is a very honest and genuine person. Dwight & Pam Jones

Absolutely amazing experience with this place. I didn't get the name of the 2 gentlemen that helped me but they were cousins. I needed my engagement ring resized, we went over a couple options and then was quoted a week for the repair. I was then called the NEXT DAY that it was ready for pickup. I came in, unfortunately it was a bit too big still so they kept it overnight and called me in the morning that it was ready once again. Perfect job definitely will be coming back.

Very happy with our ring resizing done by Traditional Jeweler's. Had bought a engagement and wedding ring set online and they were about a size and a bit too large. They were very quick to get them sized down for a fair cost and then when we had to come back for a slight resizing down of the engagement ring which was done at no extra cost and also quick! Rings received back sparkling clean and no discernable differences in the gold. Plus complimentary cleaning solution was a kind touch!

I would describe how fast and good the service I just received here was on a watch repair, but it would take me longer to post than the entire process took. Very nice store (its tucked away in the plaza, keep looking for it, its there) and even nicer people (shoutout to David). Theyll be my first call next time.
